PAULA HALL

Paula has always had a passion for helping others—something that’s been a consistent thread throughout her life and career. With more than 40 years of experience in business management and human resources, she’s spent decades supporting people both professionally and personally.

In 2023, Paula followed a new calling: to help individuals and families protect their health and finances through smart, personalized insurance solutions. She joined Omega Insurance Group as a Life & Health Insurance Agent, where she found a perfect fit with Mike & Ryan’s client-focused approach. Paula now specializes in health insurance for individuals both over and under 65, as well as life insurance, annuities, estate planning, and supplemental coverages like dental, vision, cancer, and accident insurance.

Having personally experienced the value of strong insurance coverage, Paula brings empathy and insight to every client conversation. She’s an active member of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln Independent Business Association, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Paula’s roots run deep in Nebraska. She grew up on a farm, where she loved milking cows, raising animals, baling hay, and driving tractors. A graduate of Elmwood High School, she later attended the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and played on the Husker Volleyball Team—something she’s still incredibly proud of. She was even among the 92,003 fans who packed the stadium for the record-setting Nebraska Volleyball Day in 2023!

Her love for learning never stopped—Paula returned to college in 2017 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Doane University in Lincoln. Her commitment to wellness has always been strong; as an HR Director, she created a wellness program that earned the Nebraska Governor’s Award for Wellness.

Now based in Lincoln, Paula treasures time with her two children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys baking for friends and family, biking, gardening, and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors.
