Stacey Spence

Stacey brings over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Having worked on both the company and agency sides, she offers a well-rounded perspective that benefits her clients every day.

A Lincoln native, Stacey graduated from Pius X High School and attended Southeast Community College. Her career began right after high school as a file clerk at Union Insurance Company, where she continued to grow professionally by taking classes and advancing through various roles.

In 1992, Stacey moved to Minnesota after getting married and worked as an underwriter in St. Paul. After starting a family and returning to Nebraska, she took a break from the insurance industry to open a licensed in-home daycare. For five years, she cared for 10 children—plus her own two—offering a structured, nurturing environment. “That’s when I learned to become very organized,” she says.

Following the birth of her third child, Stacey’s family relocated to Alabama in 2002 due to her husband’s job transfer. There, she worked with both Farmers and Allstate Insurance companies, gaining valuable experience with captive agencies.

In 2022, Stacey returned to her Nebraska roots and joined Omega Insurance Group, where she’s found her perfect fit. “I work with people who feel like family and with clients who feel like friends,” she says.

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, gardening, bonfires, cooking, and listening to music. Her favorite title of all is “GiGi” to her 5-year-old grandson, Liam, and 2-year-old granddaughter, Riley.
